Exclamation Engine Swap: Possible or not --Please Help!!!

I just bought a 1993 Camaro that originaly had a 3.4 v-6 in it. I would like to know if it is possible to drop on earlier (70's) 350 v-8 down in it. All the article that I see either show a LT1 or LS1 engine and no carbuerated engines. It looks like it is a little tighter than the 1988 Camaro that I used to have along with the cab forward design. Please help.

Thanks

Thank You Dangalla for the info. I will cut the hood or buy a new one. What concerns me is the location of the distributor?
