engine identification numbers

I have a bit of a problem. I had a shop in ft. gibson oklahoma install an engine in my car. they told me it was a 377 stroker and a bunch of other features including a ramjet Fuel injection system. I have thought the guy was full of crap since about 2 days after I got it back. I think it's just a ramjet crate motor I'm about 99% sure in fact. I found a large sticker on the oil pan which i'm assuming has the block # on it, but there are 3 sets of numbers on the label. Could someone tell me which number it might be? there are 2 sets of numbers along the bottom, and one set on the end of the label. does any one know if gm keeps track of their crate motors by block #? and finally, I'm told gm uses tamper evident bolts to assemble their crate motors, meaning, you can tell if someone has, for instance pulled the heads off the motor. one more thing, I wasn't able to find any, but does anyone know if you can buy a set of 2.02 vortec heads direct from gm?
