if u had ur block deck .011 and your heads .002 do to they where warped(now there perfect) whould ur push rods be to long with a hydro roller cam or could u get away with it

Too many variables for a yes no answer, you need to check your pushrod/rocker arm geometry and get the proper length pushrods, plain and simple. You can get away with a lot, most of the time, but that kind of mentality put into practice does'nt contribute to things lasting very long.
