Cylinder head flow efficiency

What numbers do cylinders heads typical put out for flow efficiency? How is this caculated?
My engine analyzer software has merlin bowl blended heads only flowing around 45-55% efficient, stock 049s flowing 55-57%, ported big chief heads at around 55-65%, etcJust wondering if these are accurate, and if not...what numbers are closer to reality?
