Custom Cam/Injectors ??

I posted this in LT1 Tech, but I need an answer ASAP so I posted it over here too.

Is Joe Overton still custom grinding cams? If so, how do I get ahold of him?

Also, I am currently running 30 lb/hr injectors in my 396 Stroker. The car runs 7.09 in the 1/8 on motor, and the duty cycle gets pegged over 100. With the new cam and DP Fogger setup going in, I want to step up to the correct injectors. Is anyone running larger injectors with success. I was thinking of stepping up to 42 lb/hr injectors. If I use one of the calculators to figure out the injector size needed, it comes back with 39 lb/hr.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Craig

You can always PM Joe and ask, but from what I have heard he stopped making custom cams.

Going to a 36lbs or 42lbs injector should not be a problem in a 396 since you have more cubes to feed anyways.

Nothing against Joe, but why not a cam from...
Phil at Ai, Bret at Bauer Racing Engines, Combo Motorsports, etc.

Not sure what part of your post you need a answer on ASAP, but neither question looks to be so pertinant that it warrents being posted in the wrong forum. Please only post things where they should be posted.

As far as contact info, Ai and Combo are board sponsors, just click the sonsors like on any page. And Bauer can be contacted by email or PM.
