It would be difficult to give you exact specs of the perfect cam for your combination. More info would help, but you'll still probably just get general specs here. You didn't mention the weight of the car, which is an important factor. Flow specs from .200" - .700" lift would be helpful in determining the intake to exhaust ratio, as well as where the ports are most efficient. I would assume that the car must be fairly heavy since you're using a t-350 rather than a glide.
As an example, I used a Comp Cams part # 12-726-9 in the 406 I had in my race car several years back. The cam has 280/292 duration @ .050 with a 106 lobe sep. Lobe lift is .440"/.420". The car was a '65 Chevelle that weighed 2850 with me in it, and used a glide with a 5500 stall Coan converter. The car ran a best of 9.61 @ 138 mph with an 850 carb on alcohol. This combo may be very different from yours, but the duration & lobe sep are in the ballpark of where you'll end up. I'd call several manufacturers, and make your choice based on your impression of the intelligence level of the tech person you get on the phone. Or you could leave it up to your engine builder if he's built several engines similar to this.
Good Luck

Car weighs 3200 with driver. Dont know flow #s, but they were done by a very compatent person. I have ran a couple different cams in this motor. The current cam is an ERSON 272/282 @ 50 and .675/.645 on 108 LSA. Ca ran 10.49 @ 130MPH on a green track with no bit. And that was at over 1000 ft DA. Havent had a chance to run it again. With a good hook im thinking 10.30s Through 3 in exhaust. Can some talk about LSA?
Thanks
