callies rotating assembly

I just got my 383 rotating assembly. It cam with a callies dragon slayer crank. Does anyone know if these cranks are internally balanced? Also it came with comstar rods and dimond pistons. The rods an pistons came with cards that said they were all weightmatched an balanced. So if the crank is balanced do I need to have the whole assembly re-balanced?
Reason I ask is my machinist quoted me like $375to balance my motor.

Thanks guys,
Later Ryan H.

You need to specify that you want it balanced when you order it. Call Callies wuth the invoice number to be sure one way or the other.
