A/C Issues and how to trouble shoot a 94?????

Hey Guys, I have a 94 that won't cool. I charged the AC and have proper pressure to engage the high end pressure switch but still no cooling. I wanted to know if there is a way to trouble shoot to see if the switch is bad or if the compressor has a bad clutch. There is a three conductor going to the high end switch and wanted to know if you can jump the switch to make the clutch engage???? Which wires do I jump accross to engage the motor? Let me know if anyone has had this issue. Thanks Matt
