Boost + N2O + Meth injection??
Hope this is the right forum, but i'll give it a shot anyway. If not, then sorry injuneer.... Anyone running N20 with there water/methanol injected boosted setup? Will this setup work together without giving tuning fits? I'm curious cause i'm running all 3 on my 383 I just put together. Supercharger with 8psi and methanol injection. Previously ran boost and N2O at the track with my old setup but no methanol injection. Getting ready to revisit the track and wondering if I can run the same way with methanol or if I should leave the methanol off while spraying. Will be at the dyno tuning before that visit also, so curious if the nitrous and meth will work together or do they not like each other. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You want it richer than without methanol. Running a fuel that is effectively a mixture of gas and methanol, stoich will be be richer than 14.7:1. So, aim for ~11.5-12:1 when running the methanol/water. Keep adding injection fluid until you see a power decrease or poor running, then back off maybe 20%.

Hey Rich how do you think a N/A 355"(10.5.1) engine w/200HP n2o and a little Methanol injection would work? I would like to stay with pumpgas as the primary fuel for the engine then start with with current jetting n2o/C12 mixture and add more methanol and less race fuel until I can do w/o the C12. It should be relatively safe. It's either that or just hookup the second stage 150HP plus another 150HP=300HP on staright C12 and some timing pulled but I like the pumgas/alcohol approach for more power than straight C12 and 300HP n2o might wreck havoc on my Lunati slugs if not just right.
