Blown LT1, Block Fill?

Thinking about short fill on a daily driven LT1 rebuild, good or bad idea, anyone have experience with this as far as running higher engine temps, or any problems with it

Once fully warmed up, when driving, mine runs ~200 degrees with ambient temps in the 80-85 range. It will heat up past that when stopped and idling. I suspect that it would overheat (boil the coolant) with prolonged idling or very low speed operation. If the ambient were hotter, of course it would be more likely to overheat.

Overall, I don't think I would want it for a daily driver.
