Post big cams, big tubes, adn knock sensors????

hey gang,
i am getting started on my new motor adn i was wondering about knock sensors.
i am building a 406, 10:1 slugs, iron heads, pretty big cam(not exactly sure yet, i plan to shift 6500-7000) and most likely 1 7/8 primary headers.
i have heard in the past that big tube headers and big cams can cause the knock sensor to trip out a bit. is there a replacement sensor that is less sensitive to normal block noises or a way to mod a sensor to be a bti less sensitive?

thanks
tim
