A good machine shop can pattern and drill the holes.
If ya got a stroker and heads and cam the Super Victor is the way to go.
Get in touch with Bauer Racing as they are/were building a set up for the LT1 either carb or EFI.

Any reputable engine builder can machine the intake for you.

I did mine myself with a level and a drill press.

Re: advice on vic jr to lt1 swap

I am currently doing the same thing with an old torker intake! I was going to use a gen1 350, but I have 2 lt1 blocks laying around one is a complete lt1 from a 95 caprice police car and I have a new set of aluminum heads (lt1).The benefits of the aluminum heads and roller cam setup are hard to pass up! I know some of the bolt holes are going to have to be modified but a question(s) I have is do the runners line up and does the manifold mate flush to the cylinder heads when they`re on the block! Also is the distributor hole lined up with the cam gear in the rear, or can the optispark be used at all on a carb setup without use of the pcm. P.S. I`m building a junkyard turbo setup for a 4th gen camaro and if this works good I will go with a super victor for upper rpm capability.

Re: advice on vic jr to lt1 swap

well i drilled my intake for the lt1 (victor jr) wow what a PITA. IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY SEND IT OUT TO BE DONE. going to be using some jb weld today to make it look a little better and buy 4 studs for the middle bolt holes.

ports were not that bad lining up. i mocked this up on an old lt1 block and heads out of the car. with my ported heads the intake will be perfect.

Ya thats the more difficult approach because the center runners get in the way of the bolts. The easier way is to modify the lt1 heads to accept the SBC bolt pattern.
