Post Accel DFI -vs- Speedpro F.A.S.T.

I've been looking for some head-to-head discuss about Accel-vs-Speedpro, bank-to-bank-vs-sequential, and cost/benefit of each. I guess I'm trying to figure out what would be the best bang for the buck for a street diven supercharged 383 LT1.

I have the Accel Gen VII in my car, and I'm very pleased with it. One of the benefits of this system is that it doesn't require any updates to the ECM. It will work with most any style of ignition, as well as batch, staggered batch, or sequential fueling with just a change of the configuration through the laptop. Tuning has been a breeze using the wide band, and data logging. The VE estimator was surprisingly close from the start.

I have used a speedpro on 2 different cars and it is very easy to use. i have heard that the Gen VII DFI is supposed to have a LOT more features, but I think its a little more expensive. I also have heard its not quite as intuitive. I don't think you will go wrong with either one though. I would recommend having any car professionally tuned if you do run a standalone, unless you are VERY proficient in understanding fuel/ignition management. I have seen too many people mess up expensive parts because they figured they could do it themselves.
