where can i go to learn about what it takes to build a 500 rear wheel horsepower small block that can handle a blower on top of it??
what would be a price on average to make such power with forged internals using fuel injection??

Well, the choices available depend on which "Generation" SBC you are talking about.
You could always post in "Forced Induction", or in a generation specific forum..... LS1 Tech, LT1 Tech, 3rd Gen..... etc.
