23* Intake on 18* heads?

I've got this way cool-guy Brodix HV-1801 intake that's already converted to EFI, it's got the 4500 series flange on it, it's perfect. (This intake has 10* flanges)

My engine has 18* heads (That work with intakes that have 5* flanges)

My question is; can I have the intake machined and redrilled to work on my 18* heads? I have Zero experience in this area, so any insight would be welcome!

Here is a PIC of the gap.

Brodix HV-1801 specs

Trick Flow 18* head specs

750HP naturally aspirated smallblock (I know the oil pan won't fit )

If it won't fit, that's just how it usually goes for me, I'll have to buy another intake and get it converted.

Thanks!

Yes, they make adapters that you can use so that you can use a 23* intake on 18* heads

not sure where they sell them though

and i know who you got that from :-p

AH!

When I ordered my heads we have to choose that angle It was easy to do. I just checked my intkae with a protracter angle meter and told Brodix what angle I had. they cut the heads to match.

You should be able to get what you have there working just fine with a little maching work

Good luck man!

LOL, memorized? Too much weed in high school hinders that!

I was talking about the intake not the motor
