1995 z28 lt1 Camaro Cooling fan diagnostics

1995 z28 lt1 Camaro. So I this is information to possibly help others so I own a 1995 lt1 z28 Camaro and I’ve been struggling for about a year on an issue where the cooling fans weren’t keeping my engine cool. I originally thought the computer was bad which sucks because it was an obd1 computer using a obd2 which I wasn’t getting a lot of information from. I discovered a way for others to help diagnose issues with the cooling system I haven’t seen anyone talk about anywhere if you ground pins H and J on C100 it will activate both cooling fans if you have a fan that doesn’t work load test your wires if your wires test good double check the pins in the connectors on the fans because they can be bent and not making contact I didn’t know this information I discovered it when I accidentally bumped the connector and the fan turned on. If anyone needs some diagrams for this car let me know I can get just about anything

Fan diagrams, plus endless other helpful documents have been available on Shoebox's website for 25+ years. This source is the "bible" for LT1 information. Here's the address:

4th Gen LT1 F-Body Tech Aids

Here's the cooing fan diagram - note that it shows the 2-relay system used up to the midpoint of 94 model year, plus the 3-relay system used after that:

For even more detailed info, here is a link to download the factory service manuals, including 1995:

I am curious about this comment:

The fact that it has an OBD-1 PCM with the 16-pin OBD-2 data link connector does not limit the ability too pull data from the PCM.

Jumper wires:

Scan9495 software, specifically for the 93-95 LT1, to pull an amazing amount of data from the PCM, plus activate systems with 2-way communication (including turning the fans on):
