I haven't done it but have heard its not hard at all. Go here to find spacing and adapters. You'll need these adapters to make them fit. www.skulte.com . They have pics on their TT thirdgen.

Yes.

2" spacers or a 4th Gen rear. I have the latter of the two.

I don't have any pictures...yet.

I'm not sure, but you do need to know there are two ZR-1 style 11" rims...

You will need the GrandSport offset 11" ZR-1 style rims and NOT the ZR-1 offset 11" rims.

A ZR-1 has a wider rear than other C4s (look for the black spacers on each side of the rear license plate between the backup lights to verify you're following a real ZR-1).

The GrandSports also got 11" wheels but instead of making the doors flare and rear fenders and a$$ wider, they added the wheel well flares to keep the tires under the fenders. All C4s can accommodate the GrandSport offset ZR-1 wheels and have less than 1/4" sticking out on each side.

11" is how wide ZR1s are. But yes, you need the Grandsport offset.

Even with a 4th gen rear, you still need to do some modding.
Bumpstop has to be relocated and some minor inner fenderwell banging to allow clearance.

The tire on that wheel is 335/35/17, not sure how much larger it is than the standard 315/35/17 tire.

Modding and fenderwell banging isn't always necessary.

You're running a tire that's almost an inch wider than 315s. That's part of your problem.

Is it that much wider!! I didn't realize it was almost an 1".
I do know that these dwarfed my 275/40/17's.

Well 24mm is 1 inch, if I'm not mistaken. 335s are 20mm wider than a 315, so that's basically an inch more.

I personally wouldn't run 335s on an 11" wide wheel. Those are usually on wider wheels, which is what Vipers have. I've never seen a 335 on an 11" wide wheel, like a ZR1, etc.

The 335 doesn't look all that big on the 11" rim. Here are some more pics of it,

Oh, the reason the wheel is sticking out is that I have a 2.25" spacer on my 4th gen rear just to see how the wheel looked with the car sitting on the ground since I didn't have time to take off the bump stop.

Approximately 2" on each side, so 4" wider total.

If you run a 3rd Gen rear with 4th Gen wheels, you need 2" spacers on each side (and up front too).

I personally know 2 friends that are running 335/35/17's on their ZR1's, they have replaced the tires several times and have never seen the center wear pattern indictive of a tire too wide for a rim.
