I thought those carpets were supposed to be molded so all you had to do was drop them in and trim the edges a little bit?

it was molded but u still have to work it....u gotta cut n trim holes for the seat mount studs, i had to cut a big space for my e-brake, some dumbass bunched up the insulation and that was hard as hell to fix (strong *** glue), still have to cut the holes for the rear seat mount braket stud thingers, had to trim alot where the edge comes to the sil plate

IF it was all drop n and no cutting/trimming required it would be a breeze, but sinse the only "trimming" done is the big hole for the shifter its hard to know when the carpet is in the right position....and u cant really tell if its perfect till u start to trim......something i dont like cause this carpet cost alota greenbacks

the cargo comp. carpet couldnt be more easy

nothing worth having is that easy to put in.....it takes some time, but if you take your time it will look nice and really clean up your interior.
