Will this cold-air intake fit on an 82 carb?

Camaro/Firebird SLP Cold Air Induction Package, 1985-87

For some reason it says 85-87, why dose it say that? is there a way it will fit on my 82 , 305 , carb engine?

oh & my headers have 02 sensor fittings, I think is it a tube sticking outa one of your header manifolds with treads in it????

the difference could be that it is designed for a TBI, the attachement may be different for a carb.

 

Are you talking about this: SLP Cold air kit? You're link doesn't work due to shortcutting it.

That kit is for TPI cars, and will not work without major fabrication. You want the factory cold air/dual snorkel system found on the high output carbed cars. Here is an old pic of mine: L69 dual snorkel Check EBay for these under dual snorkel, L69, or Camaro intake.

This will make a BIG gain alone, and even more impressive with a little carb tuning. Very highly recommended!
