I just put a clutch in my 87 S-10 2.8L and well my S-10 is dying and I`m wondering if the Clutch will fit my Z28 since my Z28 needs a clutch.

I don`t think it will but I want to make sure.

 

I really need to know for sure since there both T-5`s I`m not sure if the clutchs are the same?

 

you mean plate and throwout guts? or the whole trans?

No just the clutch. Pressure plate, clutch disc and throw out bearing. My S-10 has those things brand new. they`ve been in the truck for 2-3 months and the truck is about to throw a drive shaft the hanger bearing is SHOT

I know the bell housing won`t bolt up

call up a parts store and see if they are the same part #

 

or take out the clutches and try it. you gotta tear down the z28 anyway

 

Well the Zed is in a millon pieces right now and the truck is shot so I guess i`ll just take the clutch out of the truck and see
