Where should I start
Where should I start
Hi all you third gens enthusiasts just looking on some suggestions on where should I start modding my 87 IROC. I have the L98 TPI of course one friend said to go for runners first. I figured since i signed up I might as well as you guys first before I start on the runners thanx in advance.
Re: Where should I start
easier air in, easier exhaust out
gut the air boxs, port the upper plenum, install some headers, and a decent catback.
that should get you started.
after that it all depends on how much power you want.
but i agree with the tune up...plugs, wires, dist. and full fluid flush

Ok so I'm making a list here on what to do first so the tune up is a definate. So I will need to buy the following parts, spark plugs, plug wires, all fluids for a flush hmmmm what else should i need to get for the tune up I usually like to buy the stuff first before I take her to the mechanic.
