I kind of did all the mods at once. Swapped a 350 in for the 305. In the process added hedman headers and replaced the L98 cam with the comp cams 269HR cam (218 degrees at .050 and .498 inc lift.). Nothing extreme just a good base to start at. It was a LB9 with TPI and now I am running a Q-jet. I wanna go back to TPI but with a mini ram or something but in the short term the Q-jet, manifold and distrubutor where much cheaper.

Why is it my favorite? Well mostly because it is the one big mod done. But it really seperates the car from other would be performers. Things like GTPs, Taurus SHOs, and stock 4.6 liter mustangs used to give the LB9 a really hard time. Now the car leaves no doubt to that class of car. There will always be faster cars out there but it is nice to be able to handle most of the stock performers. That's the whole point IMO, to be able to see your hard work pay off in better performance.

My favorite mods are:

1. 335 stroker kit.
2. Edelbrock TES headers + Y pipe.
3. Cutout (sounds badass)
4. Polished Intake which I did myself, sets it apart from the other boring looking TPI setups.

my vortec heads were a good mod IMO.
the best bang for buck mod has to be my automatic cutout though.
I first got it with an electric motor, but that didn't work very good (got it for free so who cares) I ripped the motor off and built a cable operated deal. I can drive around with nice exhaust or I can rip around with my badass exhaust scaring ricers and LS1's alike.
it's good for a solid .5mph at the track also (~10hp)
the cutout exits right below the passenger seat. it's pretty loud

Thumbs up

mine would have to be exhaust because it's the biggest thing that every car can gain from.....seats because you should be comfortable....suspension because the car should look and handle good.

obviously there are many others but these are my favorite because they pertain to just about all cars.

Damn that's a tough one. The crown jewel on my car is probably the intercooled P1-SC, but I have to agree with the guy above that the T-56 conversion was pretty cool too. I seriously can't sum it all up in one item, I am equally proud of all the parts on my car.
