Whats a "spreadport exhaust" ?

Am buying a set of AFR 220cc SBC heads. They are available either standard or spreadport.

Will a standard set of headers bolt up to both? Whats the diff here?

Spreadport heads have a spread pattern design on the middle two exhaust ports. Standard headers that you would have for a camaro would have ports like this D DD D spread port heads have exhaust openings like this D D D D. The later of the two promotes better cooling between the middle two exhaust ports. I would personally go with standard port headers for your car, because of better header selection and fit.
