Whats a solid 305 tpi going for these days?

I was just wondering what the old tpis are selling for with all the tpi intake stuff.
I am thinking of building a 383, and have a solid 305 that never smokes, and runs like new. 100 k on motor.

It went a best of 13.5 @ 101, so its pretty healthy. Any thoughts on if I could get $500 for it??

Forget selling the complete motor. Just take the top end of TPI from the intake up and sell that. You will make more money selling this item seperate from the 305 boat anchor.

The 305 regardless of it supposingly intake insuperiority to the 350, is a very strong engine you can get lots of miles out of it. A few options and upgrades and it will run great. I'm working on one now. They do go for about $300-$500.

Ok thanks guys. I figured it would atleast help put some $$ towards the 383.
