What size (#/hr) injectors does a 305TPI run? Did 350s have larger injectors? I ask because I think some of my injectors are leaking. When I start the car, its hard starting and has a big cloud of white smoke, unless it sits there for a few days (and the gas dries up?) then it fires right up. I pulled all the spark plugs to check if I could pinpoint the problem area. 2 smelled like raw fuel, 4 smelled somewhat, and 2 didn't really smell like gas. My dad has an extra TPI setup, but we're not sure which year/engine size its from. We were going to try swapping the injectors from the extra unit onto my car. Since my car is an '88, it also has the 9th cold start injector.

 

305's have 19#
350's have 22#

 

if ur dads other TPI setup doesnt have the 9th cold start injector,than its an 89 or 90. i think 88 was the last year for the 9th injector. thats if its a Camaro TPI,im not sure if the vette TPI setups changed at the same time or not.
