Aparently that whole plastic piece underneath. But is there a cover for that fuse box? If so could someone give me a part number? They dont make that huge plastic piece anymore... Since mine is all messed up I dont know what it is supposed to look like.

 

Try going to a local junkyard or checking ebay for fuse box cover

 

Yes there sould be a door but I think it was part of the the total piece and the round hole was a courtesy light. You would do well by checking with your local auto salvage for a replacement. I bought one for the other side for about $10 in the area I was living at the time. A little soap,and water,and some Armor All looked good as new.
