Water Coming from Knock Sensor Hole??
Hey guys, today I tearing down my '87 Camaro's original 305 for the machine shop and when I removed the knock sensor water/anti-freeze came out of the hole. Now
I wouldn't of given it a second thought except I just changed the knock sensor on my '91 Caprice with its original 305 and no water came from it knock sensor hole.
What does this mean? Is this block cracked? Is there a way the machine shop would be able to tell?
Thanks guys, any help is thanked.

On my 89 Merkur XR4Ti and many 87-88 TurboCoupes, the knock sensor went into a blind hole. On my 91 Firebird, it goes into a waterjacket. I can assure you, you are fine. Take it out and you get a coolant bath. No problem there.
