vortec heads & intake

Can anyone tell me their experiences with the vortec head and intake for the 350 TPI engine? Were you happy with the results?

Yeah, from all I have read about them they are supposed to be worth about 50 more horses over stock L98 heads. The intake is expensive, almost as much as the pair of heads. I was just wondering what the seat of the pants difference these heads make. Thanks for the reply!

They are the best bang for the buck heads for these cars. Matched with the right intake and cam etc, you've got an 11 second car. 12s are more realistic though, and many are satisfied with 13s. It depends on how you choose the setup.
