i want to lower my car 2inches and i am wondering what you guys recommend and what kind of shocks/struts to use.
i want some good springs that will improve my cornering.
the car is a 87 iroc

 

Go with a set of Eibach Sportlines if you want to go that low. If you're on a budget, install KYB shocks and struts. If not, go with Bilstein or Koni.

anyone tried suspension technics

 

I used the Intrax 2" lowering springs and i just ordered a pair of the shorten Bilstein shocks. I am really pleased with the Intrax springs.

 

i was looking to get a set and they are kind of expensive bu6t i want to know if they help or just a waste has anyone done that before

 

stevem, I just installed suspension techniques springs all the way around and new struts. It put the car at a perfect height, so the front tire properly fills the opening in the fender. It rides noticeably harsher, but handles far better. I also added the suspension techniques sway bars, which were only slightly larger than the stock ones on my WS6 Formula.
