Interesting. But a joke. They add in all the labor prices which the majority of people owning such cars can do themselves (i.e. Replacing fuel injectors). I'm suprised that they say there are so many motor problems (for the '92 at least). Good find though.

I like how they list the 92 as significant engine problems but when ya look at the specifics they say the temp sensor and the fuel injectors sometimes fail... these are significant? lol

I could think of alot worse things most 11 year old cars have other than a 18 dollar sensor or 150 in injectors. It mentions the ECM too but any competent mechanic will tell ya 9 out of 10 problems that get blamed on the computer are misdiagnosed. It's usually a sensor problem not the ecm.

If these minor problems are significant I'd really hate to see what they have to say about cars that have real problems

and the 700R4 is one of the best automatic trannys built as long as ya dont try to ram 600 horsepower through them. If you think the 700r4 is bad you've never been around automatic fords.
