Traction Bars VS. Lift Bars

I was just wondering which of the two were better. I picked up a set of Southside Machine Co. Lift Bars and subframe connectors at a swap meet. The bad thing is that I have no clue how they go in cause I have no instructions. It looks like the lift bars go in the place of the control arm, but I am not sure if any cutting or welding is involved. The subframe connectors look nice, but I am not sure if you have to cut the floor to put them in or not. If any one knows where i can pick up instructions for them that would be great.
Thanks!

i know there are two different kinds of SFCs, welded and bolt on. i've been told by several people that the weld on SFCs are better, but thats the extent of my knowledge on em. a shop said they'd put some in for like $50 for me so it can't be too hard.

With the bolt on's you might have the bolt making the hole elongated. With weld in's, there are stuck where they are. $50 for installation is a cheap price for welded in stuff. Make sure they are welding it in not bolting it on.
