Drove it out, drove it home with a smile
3 second burnout, 1000PSI Nitrous, 8PSI fuel, 18PSI in tires, 55 degree temps, 160 engine temp, open cutout at Y pipe
First run started with a 1.86 60 foot time. It was breaking up at the 1/8 mile so I shut the system off and continued to a 13.36 @ 92.XX MPH...
Problem? Fuel pressure safety switch is set at 7.5PSI and the pressure was set at roughly 8 PSI. Half track I'm guessing pressure was jumping from 7-8PSI shutting the system on and off...No cool down, temps still at 160 degrees, I bumped the pressure up to 8.5PSI and tried for my second and last run.
7 second burnout, 850PSI Nitrous out of the hole, 8.5PSI fuel, Lockup converter once third gear engaged. Open cutout. Timeslip read:
1.809 60ft
5.298 330ft
8.206 1/8th
85.58 1/8th MPH
12.801 1/4 ET
107.62 1/4 MPH
I'm guessing a 12.6 or 12.7 should be possible since I ran it a bit richer that second run with less nitrous pressure and added fuel pressure. I never had problems running 1100PSI at 8.5psi of fuel, plugs actually looked not so rich then
Thanks to Joe (Duke) for wiring everything that made this thing run. Fuel pump, distributor, nitrous, and lockup. The lockup alone made for roughly a 6 mph improvement, not sure how it helped ET wise since tires were more of a factor there.

Thanks Brad!!
Stock Heads/cam/rocker arms/Bottom end(305TPI)/compression. It has a 600CFM Holley Carb(overly rich jetting), Edelbrock Performer Intake, 1-3/4" SLP Headers and Y Pipe with a 2 chamber flowmaster, 3.73's, the over stalled converter, 700R4 trans, Koni Yellow shocks/struts, lowered 1.5", no relocation brackets, a few Spohn suspension parts, Nitrous Express LT1 Wet kit converted to a Stage 6 plate with 150 jets tuned very very rich, NGK UR4 plugs, Accell wires, ProForm Distributor, stock coil, etc, stock fuel pump....Even forgot to take the front swaybar off now that I thought about it! Oh and that was with a full tank of fuel.
hehe
Thanks everyone!!

Holy christ... so intake, gears, exhaust and bottle...on a 305... and you're running 12's? Beauty. >_> I need to get me some gogo juice.
What kinda tires were you running? My biggest issue is traction, or the lack thereof...

Yo Denny, I netted a new best 60' time at Stanton this weekend.
On Street tires at 24# on each side: 1.852 60' ! Also pulled off my best pass ever, 13.71 @ 100.00
I wonder what this thing would do on a 150 shot.

Hey RedIroc... love your engine bay. Where'd you get your radiator hose? My rubber hose just had a hole worn into it (due to not enough clearance in the engine bay) so was looking to get a harder, more formable braided... link me?
