Hey somebody told me i have a little break up in my tps im going to change it im just wondering if the new tps comes fully adjusted from the parts store.

You will adjust it when you bolt it on to the TB. Hand tighten bolts and follow instructions (www.thirdgen.org) about adjusting TPS. Tighten bolts and you are done!
