my friend ahs a tpi...hes planin on getting this package

Camshaft Duration @ .050 : 218/228
Camshaft Lift, I/E : 0.525"/0.525"
1 7/8 headers 4 inch catback...
i think this is what hes shooting for...if he comes out with the same i would asssume he would be mid 12...???

what do u think he will make power wise...at the wheels through an automatic with 3.73...2400 stall(i kno its small)...and times...

Well, if it makes 360 at the crank, then it will have about 295-300 @ the wheels. What headers does he plan on using, because 1 7/8 is too big for that engine. Heck, even a 4" catback isn't necessary. I think with a good 60 ft' and everything else to match like a good set of runners, and plenum, etc...he should be able to hit mid 12 's...but my guess is a high 12 or low 13.

The headers are too big and so is the exhaust. As for the kit, I am building that same setup for my buddies T/A. I am still gathering parts, but I have big expectations for the setup. I can tell you that your chip selection will be critical. You can buy a Hypertech, or whatever, but you will never get all the performance until a custom chip is made for that car.
