How could this possibly work? Keep the T.B. cooler? The coolant flows straight through the throttle body so without the bi-pass you dont cool it. The plenum isnt what heats the throttle body. Its garbage...

The heat insolator part is bull $h!t.

Adding HP's is one of those opinionated things.... Its like the air foil.

I have the tornado TB plate on my car and it makes it whistle a little. (sounds nice) I didn't notice anyhtign for power accept it pulled slightly harder on the top end. Not a huge improvment.

Mind you the one I have is meant for a 58mm and I have the stock 48mm on there.

It's a toss up man. Just don't buy it for the cooling factor casue it won't to anything for that!

I don't see how it could possibly be effective. The cooling is a non-issue. Even on cars that do a throttlebody bypass, air temps in the plenum only tend to go down by 1 degree or less.

As for the swirlie thing... I can't see that helping. I'm sure that there's already plenty of turbulence in the plenum and all that thing is going to do is cause additional restriction.
