I want to put true duals on my 88 iroc, question is what kind of pipe did you use, x pipe or what kind, and what kind of mufflers you used. and how much better will it sound then just having one flowmaster on the back.

 

why are you planning on putting duals on a stock tpi car? even if it's a 350 you don't need that much exhaust flow?

Xpipes sound better and are said to flow a bit better than H pipes. Heddman sells one in jegs or summit or you could look into a Bassani Xpipe.

a good muffler to use is just some dynomax bullets (or similar) since they are compact and will tuck up under the car nicely.

 

the x pipes will be good for tru duals it's sounds alot better then h pipes also!

 

What x pipe is it in hedman they have 2 kinds x pipe kit extreme and there's the x pipe equalizer. Which one exactly should i get. And is that and the mufflers all i need?
