Hm.. very interesting indeed
I dunno man.. I can't imagine that being custom as it looks like it would cost a FORTUNE to make. The interior is even different from the mid-age styled 3rd gens too

That's home made. You can buy Lamborgini (if that's how you spell it) kits that make the back hatch area look like that (with the humps behind the seats) and with doors that open upwards instead of out. If it is factory that is one that was never mass produced and probably only had 1 made (very doubtful).

Seen one before. Aftermarket. They welded subframes in and cut the roof. That rear cover is fiberglass. Not too ugly considering it was the only was to get a convertible that year.....

Looks like crap to me and the fit & finish is HORRIBLE!!!!! As of it being one of 8..........it ain't one of 8 produced by GM that is for sure......maybe 1 of 8 that some half-assed company put together for idiots with too much coke money in the 80's.....
