I have an 82 Z28 with a 305 (87) and a TH200 (metric) tranny. Neither are pristine and I was thinking of plopping in a 350 backed by a TH350. What changes need to be made to accomdate this swap? The engine should be a no brainer, but the tranny will need, atleast, a different mounting bracket, I am told. Where can I get specific info for the swap? Is there a kit for the tranny swap or will welding be required?

the Turbo 350 and the 200C are dimensionally the same, the only differences are the TV cable(on the 200) and the kickdown cable (on the 350) and the dipstick tubes are different, you will need to get the B&M bracket to mount the torque arm though
