I am in the process of swapping a t-56 back into my 87 'bird. My question is since I dont have my clutch peddle from the last time I had a t-56 in there (threw it away like a dumb ace) What are my options as far as peddles go? Can I use one from a 4th gen car? I found a peddle from a 83 camaro but its totally different. Suggestions? It seems like the third gen ones are hard to find, and GM no longer offers it new from a dealership.

 

You can use the 4th gen pedal assembly, and any '84 or newer 3rd gen assembly will work also IIRC. '82 and '83 are different because they used a mechanical clutch linkage instead of hydros.
