As long as you arent running vortec heads you should be fine with a Performer RPM and drop base air cleaner with a 3" element.

Why do you want to convert a perfectly good TPI engine and go backwards to a carb???

TPI is not the best induction method, even with upgraded runners/etc. SDPC2000.com sells a vortec headed TPI motor with the LT4 hot cam that dyno'ed 360 horsepower. That same motor dynoed by chevy high performance but with a speed demon carb and an rpm air gap intake dynoed well over 400 horsepower.

The car was originally a 2.8 V6 with a T-5, I swiched to 305 TPI
with the T-5, then I put 350HO crate motor in it added hp chip
24lb injectors, adj fuel pressure regulator and went thru
two T-5's and Two rear ends. I built another 350 and raised the
compression, and it screwed up the fuel curve it now runs lean
I am just tired of screwing with the injections system, The carb
is cheaper, simple to tune, makes more power, so I am going
to change the cam, I have a T-56 6sp and replace the rear end
with a 4:11, 9 bolt ford. up the RPM curve to 6500 go for about 430hp
and have more fun.

Whyd you replace the 350HO ? Mine was a solid 13.0 motor with an occasional 12.9/12.8.

yea, mine ran real good also but my girfriend over heated it real
bad. (drove if 40 miles with no water) so i built another and changed the cam, heads, CR (ported 305 heads with large valves) now it runs lean WOT. I need a shop with a dyno to and the equipment to burn me a new fuel map. it wont turn up.
its a speed density system, with a TPIS chip. 24LB injectors.

Was it the 350HO with vortec heads or the older one? There is no way that ported 305 heads are even going to touch vortecs.
