Anyone know if the Holley Stealth Ram would work with an aftermarket ram air hood? The HSR is 10 1/4 inches tall which is taller than the stock TPI, but I don't think clearance would be a problem 'cus it fits under the stock hood. Just wondering if the ram air box would work.


btw, this is probably a dumb question, but how does a ram air sys. stop water from getting inside the engine? It seems like if you were driving bout 80 on a rainy day the engine would suck water inside the engine.

 

yes it will work, and when using an ASCD Ram Air 1 hood and cutting the back out a certain way, the water will channel to the sides of the hood to the round holes in the hood above the battery trays.
