Spring install help

Can someone give me a link to lowering springs installation? I'd like the easiest and safest way. Thanks.

Tips:

1) For front springs, make sure the car is jacked up real high or the A arm wont drop far enough to let the spring out.

2) Shove a bar of some sort up the middle of the A arm through the spring to make sure that it doesnt jump out at you.

3) Use some electrical tape to hold the spring pads (round donut things that go on top of your springs) onto the spring so it doesnt fall off when u put the spring in place - it may not come out with the spring, just reach up there n grab it.

4) Make sure that the springs are in correctly on the front, they have a habit of slipping when ure raising up the A arm, you'll have the whole car back together and be wondering why you gained 3" of ride height on the front

All in all it's a pretty simple thing to do, takes a coupla hours, can be done in your driveway - rear springs are the simplest, front ones arent too bad.

what do you need to do to replace your front springs/struts with a coil over package?

front springs

rear springs. now this one is about swapping rears out. but basically you take the lower shock bolts off, remove tires, tak the panhard bot out that attaches it to the rear. raise body of car, pull out, slip in. finsish up.

A front end kit from cachassisworks.com will let u do a front coil over but they are expensive and labor intensive to install, its something i would like to do with my Z when its done.
