Speed sensor on 700r4

The threaded part on my speed sensor in my tranny broke, where the cable screws on to. I was wondering that piece will leak any fluid until I get around to fixing it. And when I do get around to fixing it, How the heck do I get it out it sees like I could just drain the fluid and pull it out but its in kind of tight and I dont want to break anything...thanks

if ur talking about the plastic part, its only held on by 1 (i think 10mm) bolt and u just pull it straight out. its going to be tight, there is a seal around it too.
