92 tbi 305 under light accel. I gat alot of spark knock 110,000 miles on it but its seems to run fine its got a brand new o2 sensor and does this no matter what octane I use any suggestions?

 

Not much to go on. I'm going to guess it's either a gunked-up EGR valve (or not working for some reason) or that you've just got a ton of carbon built up in the chambers/tops of the pistons.

Have you run a computer scan on it? The TBI's supposed to have a knock sensor to keep that from happening. I'd wonder if it thinks it's seeing any knock.

 

See if a higher octane cures the problem. In my 88 caprice anything but 93 octane gave a spark knock. But the caprice was also carbed.

 

I have cleaned the egr and it moves freely if i get into it it runs fine its just under light accel with a load
and the only scan tools I have are for my buicks
