i was just wondering if anyone here has any input or any experiences with the BROKEN MANIFOLD BOLT portion of the header install, god forbid it happens,, i am not installing them a custom race shop is,, i hear the 4th gen,s break alot of bolts, but thier headers dont utilize all the stock holes and cover some infact. any easy ways around,, after this complete year long restoration im kinda running low on money to be pulling heads now, plus i havent driven her in a year and want her ready on may1st. any input is appreciated

 

Use a penetrant like WD-40 or even oil to loosen the bolts first. Turn the bolts slowly and back and forth to work the oil in. Dont use an impact wrench, use your hand wrenches.
