SFC's, modding your mods?

I want to get SFC's, I have access to welding equipment and a friend who would do it for me. Will I have to do modifications to anything to get the SFC's in, is it REALLY as easy as putting them in place and welding or am I gonna get the car on the lift(haha, I actually know someone who has a lift, could it get any easier?) and find that there is something in the way that needs to be fabricated to fit in the SFC's?

What type of sub frames? I got some installed a few days ago by my buddy at his shop. Spohns are just that easy except the annoying part is removing undercoating around the areas you need to weld.

Mine fit perfect, they are SPOHNS older type, just make sure you have the car sitting on it's wheels when you weld them in so they so they won't have any preload on them, a drive on lift should be used.

They do just go up and weld on, but as said don't use a frame lift. The suspension needs to be loaded when you weld them on or you'll put undue stress on the welds.
