you know the lower part of the seat belt where the harness that connects to the floor is? yah...well how do get the plastic shroud that surrounds it off. My shrouds are dead and i plan on digging some up at a junk yard but i dont know how in the world to get them off....i have tried every thing from yanking them to turning that cross circle thing. please help me...thanx

 

You have to turn the cross circle peice untill it comes out. Than unbolt the seat belt. After that the plastic peice should slide off. Your gonna need a large torx head to get the bolt that holds the belt to the floor out. These instructions are based on my 88' caprices setup, so they might be the same in you car.

 

should just be a couple of bolts!
