Seat Belt

Well, as I am only 16, and sooo ready to get ma car on the road.. I have overlooked a very key part that is needed..
The passenger seatbelt doesn't hook up with the seat-belt-reciever piece next to the seat.. you have to use the driver reciever-piece..
What can be done about this? I relize that it was originaly a recall.. but what can be done as of now?

Some dealers will acknowledge the recall unconditionally, some will only under specific circumstances (less then 100,000 miles), others will simply tell you to go to hell.

A buddy of mine has one of the "faded paint" camaros, and he actually managed to get the dealer to fully repaint the car under recall. Insanity.

Good luck man.
