In the search for low 6's, Any suggestions?

I have run a best of 6.85, on 28x10 Hoosier slicks, with a 150 shot from a SNIPER nitrous setup. I know that the shot is probibly not 150 true hp. Is it possible the a 150 shot from better setup, would be faster? I am also looking at a 2 stage set up for 150 out of the hole and another 150 at 60ft..

Also any ideas for loosing weight would be appreciated, I've already lost the AC and power steering(S-10 manual box). The car weights 36xxlbs with driver.

My goal with the weight like it is now is 6.30's, and with 4-500lbs less mabye break 5.99

NX supposedly rates their kits in Rear wheel horsepower steps...is that what you are looking for?

They make a very nice plate setup that you could use too! 2 stage plate with the dual spraybars either centered or crossed(mine is the little centered stage 6 kit) If they don't sell a carb dual stage kit like you want, i'm sure they can piece together a system for you. Goodluck!

Losing weight:

INSTALL:

-Race seats that are very lightweight
-Fiberglass hood(You got that covered)
-Tubular K-Member and A-arms from PA Racing or similar company! Very nice weight reduction off the front end!
-Drag shocks/springs
-Drag Race rims and tires. Convo Pro Rims are very light from what I hear...do the skinny 3 or 4" wide rims up front with lightweight NON radial drag front runners. Something sticky and not too huge for the rear tires.
-Find some aluminum brake drums if that's even possible these days

-Remove the front swaybar and endlinks
-Turn down the front rotors to the thinnest safe width(heard this advice over the weekend.haha)

-Remove back seat and carpet insulation
-Remove spare tire and jack
-Remove AIR pump and pulley(get new belt to fit!)
-Empty the windshield/washer bottle
-REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE DOOR BARS. Those alone weight way too much from what i've seen. It involves taking the doors apart and some cutting but hey...sacrafices..hehe
-Remove bumper supports front and rear...Some people however say that the rear helps plant the tires better POSSIBLY...like a full tank of gas helps with the 60 foot time...
-40PSI in those new front runners...hehehe
-Remove passenger seat!!??
-You don't NEED a center console, do you? Or door panels?
-Radio Delete!

Goodluck man!

Does anyone have the web address or phone # for PA racing?
At the track I run Draglites all way around, 15x3.5 in front 15x8 in back
I have 90/10's in front 50/50's in back
Sway bars are long gone
Spare & jack long gone
I usually run 40 - 44 psi in the front

Ive been looking in to the front crossmember but have had no luck finding one.

thanks guys for your help
