Ok, thanks.
Anytime I pull out the plugs they have a hard thick layer of black stuff on them (carbon probably). And they smell like gas. Every time I smash the throttle it's like OO7 only black smoke.

I second 90rocz. I just had a go round with extreme flooding on my 89 Formula that turned out to be the ECM. You probably have a short on that bank providing the ground to fire the injectors or the driver for that bank is flaking. Rebuilt ECM was only $89 from Checkers. Or maybe you can borrow a pals ECM for testing.
